Další fází bylo krátkodobé školení zaměstnanců MAS svatého Jana z Nepomuku a Syndicat de Lorge v italském Triggiano a Bari pod patronací Adriana Difronzo, ředitele partnerské organizace EuroSud.

Před nástupem vážných témat „Jak vzbudit v mladých lidech důvěru“, „Jak zapojit mládež s omezenými příležitostmi“ či „Jaké jsou trendy v práci s mladými“ jsme si definovali svoje SuperSchopnosti a oblasti našich zájmů a vytvořili The Wall. Ne tu od Pink Floyd, ale podobně slavnou.

Poté jsme své SuperPowers použili v praxi a vlastníma rukama si z přírodních materiálů „co dům dal“ vytvořili typického českého, italského a francouzského obecního zastupitele. Ti jsou totiž naši cílovou skupinou, na kterou chceme projektovými aktivitami působit. Jejich profily nevyšly mnohdy úplně ideálně, ale to nevadí. Po absolvování studijních návštěv, které jsme pro ně naplánovali, to pravděpodobně o dost vylepší.

Odpoledne jsme vyrazili na stopovačku po tajích a centru starobylého Bari. Nebyla to jen prostá zábava, protože tříčlenné mezinárodní týmy se musely podrobně rozpomenout na cíle projektu a diskutovat o nich s nově poznanými kolegy ze všech zapojených zemí. Dlužno podotknout, že přemýšlení a debata o těchto věcech, vedená v klasických italských kavárnách, měla své kouzlo.

Na druhý den jsme v úplné mezinárodní sestavě navštívili centrum mládeže v Bari, abychom se podívali, jak funguje místní partnerství zastupitelstva a mládežnických organizací. V budově je umístěna knihovna se studovnami a divadelní sál.

Hlavní část programu poté proběhla v sídle EuroSud, kde jsme v mezinárodních skupinách hledali odpovědi na výše zmíněná vážná témata. Členové jednotlivých zapojených organizací zde načerpali poznatky, které italští partneři využívají při své úspěšné práci s mládeží, protože my i francouzští kolegové usilujeme o lepší kontakt s mladými lidmi. Chceme vybudovat lepší prostředí pro naše budoucí dospělé, proto se cíleně chceme učit od lidí, kteří v tomto oboru něco dokázali.

Posledním dnem společných aktivit byl pátek, který jsme vyhradili debatě a plánování obsahu studijní cesty do České republiky. Opět jsme diskutovali, psali poznámky na flipchart a nakonec úspěšně stanovili, jaké činnosti a vzdělávací aktivity do říjnové cesty zařadíme. Po tvůrčím úvodu jsme se podívali na věci, které se při výjezdu do Triggiano povedly a které ne. Pro nezasvěcené: říká se tomu evaluace a víceméně jsme se shodli na tom, že stopovačka byla skvělá a že je vhodné se předem seznámit s umístěním autobusových zastávek, aby slavné mezinárodní delegaci neujel spoj před nosem.

Krátkodobé školení zaměstnanců se konalo ve dnech 26-28. května 2021 v rámci projektu „Attracting Tomorrow´s Adults Today“ a programu Erasmus+.

Modern trends in youth work and sunshine

Do you remember the news from LAG SJN about the January international meeting with colleagues from Italy and France? Well, the next stage was a short-term joint training of LAG SJN and Syndicat de Lorge employees in Triggiano under the presence of Adriano Difronzo, Director of EuroSud, Italy.

Before we raised the heavy topics “How to earn the trust of young people”, “How to engage youth with fewer opportunities” or “What are the modern trends in youth work” we defined our individual SuperPowers and our interests on The Wall. Mind you, it was not the one by Pink Floyd; yet ours might become equally famous one day.

Then we applied our SuperPowers in practice, using various natural materials to create the portrait of the typical councillor from Czechia, France, and Italy as they are our target group who we are aiming at impacting with the project activities. The profiles sometimes might not be perfect, but that does not matter. After they have experienced the study visits which we have planned form them, those portraits are bound to improve considerably.

In the afternoon we embarked on our own Actionbound treasure hunt through the sights and monuments of the ancient town of Bari. It was not just fun because the three-person international teams had to dig deep into the project goals and discuss those with the new colleagues from the other participating countries. The contemplation and debate of the things was rather magic in the setting of the historic centre and traditional Italian cafes.

The following day, our international group visited a youth centre in Triggiano to witness how a partnership between the municipality and youth organisations works. The building hosts a library with study rooms and a theatre hall.

The principal part of the training’s program was then held in the offices of EuroSud where we were looking for the answers to the heavy topics mentioned above. The members of all participating organisations looked at the processes which the Italian partners use in their successful work with young people because both we and our French colleagues strive for a better contact with youth. We are seeking to create a better environment for our future adults; this is why we want to draw inspiration from those who have delivered some sensational results in this aspect.

Friday was the last day of our common activities and we dedicated it to debate and planning of the content of the study visit in the Czech Republic. Once again, we engaged in discussion, wrote clever notes on flipchart sheets to finally decide on what methods and learning activities will be included in the blended mobility in October 2021. After the creative start, we looked into the things which worked well in the Triggiano trip and which did not. For those unfamiliar with the process: this is called evaluation. A general agreement was made about the treasure hunt being excellent and about the need to learn the location of bus stops in advance so that the famous international team does not miss a bus connection by seconds.
